Disclosures shall be reviewed by the Executive Vice President and the Managing Director of Finance. If any interested person desires a review of the determination of those officers as to whether the Conflict of Interest Policy procedures should be applied, then after disclosure of the financial interest and all material facts, and after any discussion with the interested person, the person potentially in conflict shall leave the governing board or committee meeting while the determination of a conflict of interest is discussed and voted upon. The remaining board or committee members shall decide if the matter will be addressed under the conflict of interest procedures.
