CONTINUED IN HOME & COMMUNITY BASED SUPPORT FOR FIFTEEN SPONSORED CHILDREN INCLUDING THERAPIES & ACTIVITIES THREE DAYS PER WEEK AT THE CASITAS AND ASSISTANCE WITH ADVOCACY FOR LOCAL RESOURCES,TRANSPORTATION AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR ALL ROUTINE AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE OF CHILDREN.
