	The Organization organizes and conducts an annual educational conference the end of each June designed to provide its' members an opportunity to meet others in the same practice area grappling with the same legal problems with which they are facing and to exchange ideas and experiences regarding those legal issues. Continuing Education Credit is available and usually runs from 15 to 24 hours including 1.5 hours of ethics. Approximately 324 members attended the 2012 Legal Education Conference.

	Each February, Seminar meetings are held in Washington, D.C. which allows members to participate in more extensive discussion of specialized areas of pension law. The seminar topics cover Benefits, Fiduciary & Plan Governance, Investment and Tax Law. A number of speakers are staffers from Capitol Hill. Approximately 188 members participated and attended the 2012 Seminar Meetings.
