	EIDC met with several industrial prospects in 2012. Prospects researching expansion or relocation sites for their companies were shown the industrial spec building, other empty industrial/warehouse buildings and bare industrial lots in Estherville and Emmet County. Purchase proposals and lease proposals were developed as requested by prospects.

	EIDC continues to maintain a 30,000 sq. ft. industrial spec building with the goal of selling or leasing the building to an industrial prospect that would create new industrial jobs in Estherville.
