Pt VI, Line 7a		Members elect the Board of Directors. A nominating committee is formed to recruit
		members to run. At the annula meeting of members, five Directors shall be
		elected. The candidates receiving the greatest number of votes shall serve
		as Directors for a one-year term commencing with the next Board of Directors
		meeting. Election for Directors shall be by secret ballot.
Pt VI, Line 7b		Any expenses for which more than $1,000 is to be spent or committed in a
		single transaction (exluding emergency Club House repairs, insurance, airport servies,
		and aircraft owner revenue), shall be approved by the membership following the
		pocedures of Article IV of the bylaws. Also, membership termination can be
