IS A NON-PROFIT COALITION OF UNIVERSITIES, HOSPITALS, LIBRARIES, K-12 SCHOOLS, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, AND OTHER NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING INNOVATIVE INTERNET-BASED TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS FOR ITS MEMBER INSTITUTIONS AND THE COMMUNITIES THEY SERVE.
