Explanation:

Accounting records were inadvertently lost on a laptop computer. All records for the 2011 filing year had to be recreated in order to generate proper revenue and expense amounts in order to properly submit to the IRS on Form 990. We have instituted additional quality control measures related to IT equipment in order to ensure that this issue does not happen again. We humbly request that any late filing penalties be removed for reasonable cause.
