SchJ_P01_S00_L01a Schedule J, Part I, Line 1a Housing is provided for the Provost, Dean of Students and the President of the College. The housing provided for the Dean of Students is considered a condition of employment. Only a portion of the President's housing is treated as taxable due to the fact that a substantial portion of the residence is utilized for College events and activities. SchJ_P01_S00_L03 Schedule J, Part I, Line 3 The process for determining the President's compensation is documented. Feedback from Trustees, Parent's Council and the President's direct reports is compiled. This feedback, as well as the CUPA salary survey and data collected from 990 returns of competitor institutions is reviewed by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Trustees. The Committee then makes a recommendation to the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees for approval. The full Board of Trustees is informed of the decision.
SchJ_P01_S00_L04 Schedule J, Part I, Line 4 Two officers received compensation from a supplemental executive retirement plan. These amounts were included on their respective 2012 W-2's and reported as "other reportable compensation" on Schedule J.
