	The Vernal Area Chamber of Commerce operated several volunteer committees, which carried out various activitgies to promote and enhance the business climate and quality of life in the community, including a recycling project, a business symposium, a water conference, a helath fair, and an annual membership meeting. Weekly luncheon meetings were held where members and others from the community could meet, build relationships, and learn about community matters and various business topics. The organization operates an office/information center where community and business information is provided to visitors and residents of the community.
