    1 YY & JJ foundation and Shin Shin Educational Foundation, the Parties enter into this Memorandum of Understanding to mutually promote a better environment for Ci Tang Shin Shin Elementary School. Accordingly, YY & JJ Foundation and Shin Shin Educational Foundation, operating under this MOU agree as follows:PURPOSE AND SCOPEYY & JJ Foundation and Shin Shin Educational Foundation describe the intended results or effects that the organizations hope to achieve, and the area(s) that the specific activities will cover.The restroom facility in Ci Tang Shin Shin primary school in Song Shan town, Jiang Xi province, People of Republic of China, is in terrible condition with extremely poor sanitary situation. The project to renovate the restroom is expected to cost 140,000 yuan (about US$23,000), and the school has already raised most of the needed funds,including UNICEF contribution of US$ 12,000.
