A draft of the Form 990 is then provided to the President of the Organization and also the Organization's in-house accountant for their review. The President and the in-house accountant inform the independent CPA firm regarding any questions or comments they may have. Once all questions and comments have been satisfactorily resolved, the President of the Organization provides her written approval to the independent CPA firm. After receiving approval from the President, the independent CPA firm e-files Form 990. After e-filing Form 990, a complete copy of the final Form 990, and its related schedules and statements, is provided to the members of the Board. A copy of Form 990 is provided to the Organization for its permanent records, and the independent CPA firm maintains a complete copy of Form 990 in its permanent files.
