Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	The Coalition entered into a management agreement with The Furman Group (TFG). TFG provides management, legislative, administrative and other related services to the Coalition. TFG is owned by Hal Furman, NWSC Executive Director. There were no payments made or accrued during the year between the Coalition and TFG.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The Coalition is a trade association consisting of members from public water agencies and utilities throughout the nation.
