MILLS COLLEGE WAS RANKED ONE OF THE TOP 20 MOST DIVERSE LIBERAL ARTS COLLEGES IN THE NATION BY U.S. NEWS & WORLD REPORT. IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2012-2013 52% OF THE UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS AND 43% OF THE GRADUATE STUDENTS WERE OF COLOR INCLUDING STUDENTS THAT IDENTIFIED THEMSELVES AS MULTI-ETHNIC. GRANT THORNTON LLP AND THE COLLEGE PRESIDENT, THE COLLEGE VICE PRESIDENT FOR FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION AND TREASURER REVIEWED THE FORM 990 DRAFT FOR ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE AUDIT COMMITTEE MEMBERS WERE SENT THE FINAL 990 DRAFT.
