	Idaho Central serves 152,664 members through 21 locations in Idaho. We provide a full range of financial products and services to our members. We pool member funds and loan them to members. All expenses are either related to having funds available to lend or operating costs. We provided loans to 63,971 of our members. Total loans outstanding at the end of the year were $1,329,655,533. All 152,664 of our members participate in our deposit products. During the year we spent $9,227,771 in interest expense to have funds available to lend to members.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Idaho Central is a member owned, not for profit credit union.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Chief Financial Officer (also a CPA) prepares the 990. It is then submitted to the President for review prior to filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	We consistently monitor and enforce compliance with the conflict of interest policy. It covers Board Members, key staff, and family members. A review is performed at least annually. In addition, auditors and examiners review accounts held by the aforementioned persons.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Annually, the Board of Directors reviews salary surveys of similar sized institutions and sets the salary of the President according to that and how Idaho Central is performing. The President sets the salary for all other employees of the Credit Union. Each employee receives an annual salary review.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The financial statements are published in the branch offices and are available upon request. Other documents may also be made avaialbe upon request.
Form 990, Part XI, Line 9	The change in deposits is $243,276,475. The change in Other Comprehensive Income is -$378,262.
