THE SALARIES OF THE RMHCCF STAFF ARE DETERMINED THROUGH MONITORING AND BENCHMARKING WITH OTHER COMPARABLE POSITIONS IN THE NONPROFIT INDUSTRY - USING THESE RESOURCES. RMHCCF PROVIDES ANNUAL EVALUATIONS FOR ALL EMPLOYEES. THE CEO AND SUPERVISORS SET GOALS AND EXPECTATIONS FOR EACH POSITION WITH EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION. THE CEO IS EVALUATED BY THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD WITH INPUT FROM THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.
