Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Members First Credit Union has over 42,000 member owners who vote for the Board of Directors annually at an April annual meeting of the membership , held within the credit union's community charter boundaries.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The Board of Directors have staggered terms of 3 years and their election is held annually at an annual meeting of the full membership in April of each year.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Any change in the credit union's bylaws are approved by a vote of the full membership at the annual meeting held in April of each year.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	A full copy of the 990 is provided to the Board of Directors for their review annually and discussed at a regular monthly Board of Directors meeting documented in the minutes.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The credit union has hired a full-time Internal AUditor who with the Human Resources Vice President ensures compliance with regulations and statutes. Annually the Board of Directors and senior management complete and sign a conflict of interest disclosure.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	A Personnel Committe, composed of several members of the Board of Directors, performs an annual review of the CEO. In-addition the committee sets over-all compensation, benefit parameters and annual guidelines for staff merit increases. Total compensation parameters are reviewed at least every 3 years for all positions.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 18	Monthly financials are posted at each branch monthly and annual financials are provided to all members attending the annual meeting in April. They are also available upon request. Credit union policies are reviewed annually at a meeting of the Board of Directors and are available upon written request to be reviewed at the credit union's corporate headquarters during regular business hours.
