Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	IBEW Local Union 683 members elects its Business Manager and President who are automatically on the EICOLMCC Board of Directors. The Business Manager and President selects two other union members to serve with them on the Board of Directors. Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, Inc. hires its Manager / Secretary who is automatically on the Board of Directors. The Columbus Division Chairman of Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, Inc. appoints three other contractors who are members of the Columbus Division of the Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, Inc. with the approval of the chapters Board of Directors. Thus the EICOLMCC Board of Directors consist of four IBEW Local Union 683 members representing labor and four contractors representing management.
