THE MULTIPLE OF THE AIRE (MOA)IS A WHOLEY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE AMERICAN INDUSTRIAL REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATION (AIR). THE PRIMARY ACTIVITIES OF THE MOA IS TO PROVIDE LOGISTICAL AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR MEMBERS OF THE AIR. DURING THE YEAR $155,277 (5% OF TOTAL MOA REVENUES) WAS RECEIVED FOR SERVICES PROVIDED TO NON-MEMBERS. THIS AMOUNT IS USED TO HELP OFFSET THE COSTS OF DELIVERING SERVICES TO THE MEMBERS OF THE AIR.
