The Association's income tax filings are subject to audit by various taxing authorities. The Association's open audit periods are 2011-2013. In evaluating the Association's tax provisions and accruals, future taxable income, the reversal of temporary differences, the Association's tax exempt status and tax planning strategies are considered.
