    1 On July 30, 2013, the Organization provided a $125,000 loan to the Wisconsin Preservation Fund, Inc., a non-profit organization, for the purpose of capitalizing a loan fund that will provide financing for the development of projects and initiatives benefiting Milwaukee's economically distressed or transitioning neighborhoods. The loan requires quarterly interest payments with an interest rate of 2% per annum. Interest income on the loan for the year ended December 31, 2013 was $625.
