Schedule J, Part I, Line 1a	The Credit Union has policies which allow certain travel expenses to be paid by the Credit Union when a guest accompanies an official or employee on credit union business. These expenses are treated as taxable income to the official or employee on whose behalf the expenses are paid. Health club membership represents a portion of the Chief Executive Officer's total compensation package.
Schedule J, Part I, Line 4	Patrick Taylor, CEO, received payment of $426,885 from the supplemental retirement plan in 2013. The Credit Union contributed $1,221,660 into a 457(f) plan during 2013 and the balance as of December 31, 2013 was $7,736,738.43. The Credit Union contributed $146,880 into a 457(f) plan during 2013 for Timothy Ballinger, President, which has a balance as of December 31, 2013 of $1,688,863.73.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Credit Union has a single class of members with equal rights of ownership, governance and voting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The Board of Directors is elected by a membership ballot vote counted by a Certified Public Accounting firm. The results are announced at the Annual Meeting. Each member is elected for a three year term.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Credit Union decisions that are subject to membership approval are mergers and charter changes.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	A review is conducted by the CFO, CEO and Human Resource Director prior to submission to the IRS. The returns are made available to the Board of Directors for review.

The CEO's compensation review was November 2013, all other employees are annually on their hiring or promotion anniversary date. Compensation structure and ranges are reviewed annually in March.
