Part 1 Line 4	Rio Grade Credit Union entered into a split-dollar insurance agreement with Chris Fitzgerald President CEO on April 21, 2010. The agreement states that the two parties entered into an agreement that is treated as a split-dollar loan under Treasury Regulation Section 1.7872-15. Payment of the amount due the lender Rio Grande Credit Union under the arrangement is secured by a collateral assignment with respect to the policy that is the subject of the arrangement, but is non-recourse to the borrower Chris Fitzgerald in accordance with the terms of the arrangement.
