Explanation:

Lack of access to the complete and detailed financial info needed to complete Form 990 due to the bank's website periodically blocking my access to the online account. The bank's website has been down periodically and unreliable. In addition, the online banking historical Bill Payment records have been difficult to access when the bank website was up so it was a lengthy process to obtain detailed expense information.
