Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	IBEW Local Union 683 members elects it Business Manager who is automaticallyl on the Board of Trustees and he selects two other union members to serve on the Board of Trustees. Central Ohio Chapter NECA Inc hires its chapter Manager/Secretary who also is automatically on the Board of Trustees and with the approval of the Chapters Board of Trustees, the Manager/Secretary selects two contractors to serve on the Board of Trustees. Thus the Board of Trustees consists of three IBEW Local Union 683 members and three members of management.
