The organization works to promote tourism and business in the City of Snellville. This is achieved by producing numberous community events throughout the year including the Star Spangled Snellville, Beach Blast, Snellville Fall Festival and the annual Christmas Tree Lighting. The Snellville Farmers Market provides an opportunity for area residents to purchase fresh produce, homemade breads, honey and the like each Saturday from June through September. The Commercie Club works to promote the city's businesses by hosting regular lunch meetings and special events. A quarterly magazine is published highlighting the community, its businesses and events. The Community Garden provides space for families to grow flowers and food for their own consumption or to donate to local charities.

Officer directors etc family relationship Part VI line 2 President owns country club in which multiple events have been held and the food and services of the club paid for by organization. Club has also donated in-kind the use of golf carts for larger events.Several members of the board own businesses in the community and as such their respective businesses advertise in the magazine and or sponsor events.
Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6 The organization is a combination of community volunteers that participate at the community events as well as paid members.There are three levels of paid membership - Supporter - Classic - Premium - all members receive a STAT Window Cling and a lapel pin; classic members receive a listing in the Snellville Pride Business Directory, receive local business discounts and can attend the monthly commerce club luncheon; the premium membership includes all of the classic membership as well as a 50% discount on vendor tables and all business after hours events during the year.
