IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ELECTING THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE FILING ORGANIZATION. DECISIONS RESERVED TO MEMBERS OR STOCKHOLDERS FORM 990, PART VI, LINE 7B THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ACS, INC.
