THERE ARE EIGHT VOTING BOARD MEMBERS AND TWO PROXY BOARD MEMBERS. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPOINTS THE FOUR STUDENT BOARD MEMBERS FROM APPLICATIONS. THREE STUDENT MEMBERS HAVE FULL VOTING RIGHTS AND ONE STUDENT MEMBER ACTS AS A PROXY. THE STUDENT BOARD MEMBERS HAVE THE SAME VOTING RIGHTS AS THE OTHER BOARD MEMBERS. A PROXY MEMBER MAY VOTE IF THEIR ASSIGNED VOTING MEMBER CANNOT ATTEND. THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR IS AN EX-OFFICIO BOARD MEMBER WITHOUT VOTING RIGHTS.
