Endowment funds intended uses (Part V, line 4)	The permanent fund is a quasi-endowment fund established by the Board and ratified by the membership. It provides for the long-term financial stability of the Organization. Investment earnings from the Fund are transferred into the operating fund each year. Organizational document changes Part VI line 4	Membership DefinitionMembership in the Supreme Forest shall consist of the current Grand Tall Cedar, Junior Deputy Grand Tall Cedar, Scribe, Treasurer and trustee of each Constituent Forest in good standing with the Supreme Forest. Also, any Constituent Forest member who has served the same Forest for a period totaling three years in the offices of Senior Deputy Grand Tall Cedar, Junior Deputy Grand Tall Cedar, Scribe, Treasurer and or Trustee. Upon completion of three consecutive years of service in one or more of these positions prior to January 1, 2012, the member shall be granted membership in the Supreme Forest. New Board of Directors category.The immediate Past Supreme Tall Cedar shall be an ex officio non-voting member and shall be granted all other rights and privileges due to the other members.New Dues ScheduleAll Constituent Forests shall pay into the treasury of the Supreme Forest $13.00 per capita tax based on its membership as of December 31, 2013 and $17.00 on its membership as of 2014 and subsequent years. Each Constituent Forest shall pay into the Treasury of the Supreme Forest $4.00 for each new member initiated into the Forest, affiliated with the Forest, and for each reinstated member, such to be paid by the tenth day of the month following the meeting at which such members are initiated, affiliated or reinstated.
Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	The Supreme Forest, Tall Cedars of Lebanon of North America is a masonic fraternal organization. As such, only approved members can join and participate in its activities.The officers and directors of the Supreme Forest are elected annually by the membership.Decisions of the Board of Directors are final and binding. Only changes to the bylaws require a vote of the membership.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	Every member has one vote in the annual election of officers.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	Disbursements from the Permanent Fund, the Organization's quasi-endowment fund, require approval of a majority of the membership. The site of the annual meeting is determined by a vote of the membership.Changes to the bylaws require approval of a majority of the membership at the annual meeting. Proposals for changes to the bylaws must be announced by January 1 of the year in which the vote is to take place. A simple majority afirmative vote is then needed for passage. Proposed changes to the bylaws are permitted to be introduced from the floor of the annual meeting but then a 2/3 affirmative vote is required for passage. All of the Organization's members are entitled to one vote.

Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11	A copy of the 990 is given to the officers after it has been prepared. The officers are asked to review it and contact the executive director with any questions or comments. The officers are given two to three weeks to review the 990. Once all questions or comments are resolved the 990 is then electronically filed.

Other officer or key employee compensation Part VI line 15b	Historically, the Supreme Scribe and the Supreme Treasurer are the only officers that are compensated. They have been paid a combined $3000, which is a nominal amount for all of the work that they do. This amount has not changed in over 10 years, except that in 2011 both of those officers opted to forego compensation as a gesture to reduce the Organization's expenses. Since then, only the Scribe has been paid $2000 per year.
Governing documents etc available to public Part VI line 19	The 990 is provided to anyone that submits a request to the Supreme Forest office in Harrisburg, PA.Since this is a private membership fraternal organization, no governing documents are made available to the public. Only members may view these documents.
