| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 1 | The Trustees may appoint an Executive Committee which shall supervise the operation of the Trust Fund between meetings of the Board of Trustees. The Executive Committee shall formulate general or specific policies for submission to and consideration by the Board of Trustees. It shall advise the officers in matters of policy and administration not inconsistent with the Trust Agreement or with any policy or decision heretofore adopted or made by the Board of Trustees. Pending the convening of a meeting of the Board of Trustees, it shall decide and pass upon matters requiring immediate action, subject to ratification at the next meeting of the Board of Trustees to whom a report shall be made of any such immediate action, as well as of its recommendations. The Executive Committee shall also perform other functions, duties and responsibilities as may be delegated or assigned to it by the Board of Trustees. Actions taken or duties performed under such designation shall not be subject to ratification by the full Board of Trustees, unless the designation expressly provides otherwise. |
