THERE SHALL BE A COUNCIL OF STATE COURT REPRESENTATIVES (HEREINAFTER, THE "COUNCIL") WHICH SHALL CONSIST OF THE MEMBERS OF THE CONFERENCE OF CHIEF JUSTICES AND THE MEMBERS OF THE CONFERENCE OF STATE COURT ADMINISTRATORS. EACH MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL SHALL HAVE ONE VOTE. THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL SHALL BE THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE TWO CONFERENCES.
