Form 990, Part III, Line 3	During the year ending June 30, 2013, SNAME Properties, Inc. discontinued operations. On October 20, 2008, they entered into an agreement to sell the building to a developer. On April 30, 2013, the Society completed the sale of this building for total proceeds of $6,200,000. The sale consisted of land, building, building improvements, security and office improvements. The Society recognized a gain on sale of $4,992,109 which is reflected on the statement of activities in income from discontinued operations on the 2013 return.
