What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE GENERAL PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO ENGAGE IN ANY CIVIC, SOCIAL AND/OR OTHER ACTIVITIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE CELEBRATION OF MARDI GRAS.
