Part X : FIN48 Footnote	Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by SCRLA, and has concluded that, as of December 31, 2013 there are no uncertain poisitions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability (asset) or disclosure in the financial statements. Each entity has filed the appropriate federal and state tax returns for 2010, 2011 and 2012. As of December 31, 2013, no examination had been performed by the Internal Revenue Service for those years. Subsequent to year end, an IRS examination was conducted for years 2011 and 2012 and resulted in no changes. U.S. federal returns prior to 2010 are closed. U.S. state jurisdictions have statutes of limitations that generally range from three to five years. SCRLA's tax returns are currently under no examination in any state jurisdictions.
