Providing leadership, facilitating public discourse and fostering consensus on key issues impacting California's natural resources and infrastructure. Developing and promoting proposals to address California's needs with respect to natural resources and infrastructure. Supporting and directing research and other programs concerning California's natural resources and infrastructure.
