ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2013, THE HOSPITAL ENTERED INTO MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND MEDICAL SYSTEM CORPORATION (UMMS) WHEREBY THE HOSPITAL'S CURRENT CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO) AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) BECAME DIRECT EMPLOYEES OF UMMS, AND UMMS WAS TASKED WITH PROVIDING MANAGEMENT SUPERVISION FOR THE OPERATION AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OF THE HOSPITAL. THE CEO REPORTS DIRECTLY TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE HOSPITAL AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING THE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATION, MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION, AND MAINTENANCE OF THE FACILITY ON BEHALF OF THE HOSPITAL. THE CFO, JOSEPH TUCKER REPORTS DIRECTLY TO THE CEO. CEO, VERNA MEACHAM, RECIEVED COMPENSATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $75,209 FROM UMMS. CFO, JOSEPH TUCKER, RECEIVED COMPENSATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $52,443 FROM UMMS.
