	LANDSCAPE INDUSTRY SHOW - CLCA holds the Landscape Industry Show each spring in Southern California. The show enables approximately 8,000 landscape contractors, landscape architects, and other green industry professionals to visit more than 200 exhibits with the latest in landscape products and services. The event also offers numerous seminars in English and in Spanish for entry-level to management-level landscape professionals.

	CERTIFICATION - CLCA offers certification programs for landscape technicians in hardscape, softscape, turf maintenance, ornamental maintenance and irrigation. All five are hands-on, primarily field tests that seek to recognize proficiency in the landscape work-force, upgrade the status of the landscape professional, and provide the public with a means of identifying qualified professionals. Approximately 300 individuals take the test every year. This is an international certification program.

The newsletter, which has a circulation of approximately 3,500, informs members about association services and activities, as well as laws and regulations that affect them. The magazine, which has a circulation of about 13,000, offers news about association activities, as well as feature stories about award-winning landscapes, and a wide variety of subjects of interest to landscape professionals, to educate them about current trends and best practices and to advocate ethical business practices.
