Briefly describe the organization’s mission: Protect the Harvest is a social welfare coalition of farmers, ranchers, hunters and consumers committed to educating the general public and the nation's political leaders about the benefits to society from farming, ranching and hunting and related activities. Such education has become increasingly important to ensure accurate information is communicated to the general public with the rise of various groups threatening to end modern agriculture and hunting in the United States.
