THE FOUNDATION HAS BEEN AN INVALUABLE ASSET TO THE SOUTH TEXAS BLOOD & TISSUE CENTER (STBTC) AND THE TEXAS CORD BLOOD BANK (TCBB), A DIVISION OF STBTC. IN 2013 THEIR SUPPORT HELPED THE TCBB DELIVER FOR TRANSPLANT 59 LIFE SAVING UNITS OF CORD BLOOD TO TREAT CHILDREN AND ADULTS SUFFERING FROM LIFE THREATENING ILLNESSES.

APRIL 1, 2013 WAS THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE FILING WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE OF TEXAS.
PART VI, LINE 6 - CLASSES OF MEMBERS OR STOCKHOLDERS
EFFECTIVE MARCH 21, 2013, BIOBRIDGE GLOBAL BECAME THE MEMBER OF THE FOUNDATION.
