CARDINAL RITTER INSTITUTE - RESIDENTIAL SERVICES CORPORATION (CRI-RSC) PERIODICALLY PROVIDES THE HUD APARTMENTS WITH CERTAIN MANAGEMENT SERVICES. CARDINAL RITTER SENIOR SERVICES (CRSS) PAYS VENDORS THROUGH THE MANAGEMENT AGENT'S DISBURSEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE ORGANIZATION. THIS PROCEDURE WAS IMPLEMENTED FOR THE PURPOSE OF UTILIZING THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE METHOD TO CONSERVE THE ORGANIZATION'S PROCESSING COSTS AND TO PROVIDE INTERNAL CONTROLS TO SAFEGUARD ASSETS. CRSS PAYS ALL EXPENSES, SALARIES, AND FRINGE BENEFITS INCLUDING PAYROLL, FOR THE ORGANIZATION. IN ADDITION, THE FEDERAL W-2 FORMS FOR SALARIES AND PAYROLL TAX RETURNS ARE INCLUDED ON CRSS' RECORDS. THE ORGANIZATION REIMBURSES CRSS ON A REGULAR BASIS FOR THESE EXPENDITURES. CRI-RSC HAD 42 EMPLOYEES DURING THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2014. THE ORGANIZATION PAYS A MANAGEMENT AND BOOKKEEPING FEE TO THE ARCHDIOCESE OF ST. LOUIS. ADDITIONALLY, A MANAGEMENT FEE IS PAID TO THE ST.
