Escrow account liability (Part IV, line 2b)	San Ramon Valley Education Association (SRVEA) is acting as fiscal agent for California Teachers Association Institute for Technology (IFT). Members write grant proposals to IFT about improving student achievement. Once a member is awarded a grant the funds are disbursed to SRVEA. SRVEA disburses funds to suppliers providiing materials or services to the various projects.
Other expenses not included on Form 990 (Part XII, line 2d)	Organization uses the cash receipts and disbursement basis of accounting. As a result they included $3,211 of funds disbursed as a fiscal agent as expenses.
