Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15
At the end of last tax year cycle, we began the process of seeking an Executive Director. We contacted other similar corporations, reviewed average compensation details, developed a hiring committee and eventually put forth a contract proposal to one of our founders. Her contract details and compensation was reviewed and approved by the governing board as well as vetted through our lawyer and other independent advisors. She was officially hired in September 2012.
