		Form 990 Part VII Section A Line 6 7a The Amrican Legion Post has members who are required to pay annual dues to the organization. The members elect the officers of the organization at the July meeting and the officers serve a one year term starting at the beginning of the fiscal year of September 1.
		Form 990 Part VI Section A Line 7b The officers elected are responsible for the operations of the legion post. Any large capital outlay or expenses are subject to approval by the members at the monthly meetings.
		Form 990 Part VI Section B Line 11b The Form 990 is viewed by the organizations Financial Officer and the Tax Preparer prior to the filing of the tax return. The Financial Officer will then present the Form 990 to the members ar a future meeting of the organization. The monthly financial reports are presented to the members at all monthly meetings of the organization for their approval.
		Form 990 Part VI Section B Line 15b The only officers compensated are the Adjuntant and the Financial Officer of the organization. The annual compensation is approved by the members at a monthly meeting of the organization.
		Form 990 Part VI Section C Line 19 Any request from the public to review the financial statements, governing documents or other requests must be directed to the commander or the financial officer of the organization. A meeting is then schedule and all documents requested are made available at a mutually agreed upon time for inspection of the records. The commander, financial officer and any other required member are made available to answer any questions.
