    Client Note 1 - PART V; Question 35a; STATEMENT REGARDING REASON FOR NOT REPORTING INCOME ON FORM 990-T: The Organization conducts an annual one day sale of fresh peaches to generate funds to provide grants, donations, and other aid to the local public schools, the local food bank, and other public service projects. Additionally, the organization holds an "Ethics in Business Awards Luncheon" with several hundred attendees from throughout the business community. These events are not businesses that are regularly carried on. The proceeds from the events are used to fund requests for donations, grants, and allocations received by the organization. Such requests are reviewed by the appropriate committee and are approved by the Board of Directors prior to funding.
