Form 990, Part III, Line 4d Program Service Expenses 260,063, Grants and allocations 0, Revenue 409,939 Health and Wellness - REN provides Health Wellness classes designed to support members who have chronic pain, stress management, and/or other physical health challenges. Members participate in Tai Chi, Qi Kong, and Mindful Meditation. Members also attend the Virginia G. Piper Sports Fitness Center three times a week for physical exercise in an environment designed to support people with physical limitations. This program provides a smoking cessation program available 2 - 5 times per week.
Form 990, Part III, Line 4d Program Service Expenses 438,509, Grants and allocations 0, Revenue 14,342 Other Programs - REN has developed Target Programs that meet the unique needs of specific member communities. Target Programs at REN include Hopes Door and Homeless Outreach. These programs are designed to provide peer-support to REN members who might need services that address specific barriers or challenges. Hopes Door provides members with one-on-one peer-support while creating a crisis diversion plan to help them negotiate challenges when life is unusually difficult. REN partners with Nova Safe Haven to provide Homeless Outreach peer-support services to members who are receiving assistance at the Human Resource Campus in downtown Phoenix. The Out Crowd is a program designed to provide peer-support services to members who identify as part of the GLBTQ Gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning community. Advocacy provides one-on-one peer support services that help REN members get their needs met in the public behavioral health care system.
Form 990, Part III, Line 4d Program Service Expenses 13,141, Grants and allocations 0, Revenue 13,371 Arizona Transformation Statewide Consumer Network - ATSCN is a federally funded program that is designed to engage rural communities around the State of Arizona in the system transformation of their local behavioral health care delivery system. ATSCN is a two day forum hosted by a local peer-run agency and includes both service recipients and service providers in the training.
Form 990 Part VI Section B Line 11b The Organization provides an electronic copy of the Form 990 to the Board of Directors prior to filing the final return. Additionally, the Form 990 is provided to the Board of Directors at a meeting for discussion or questions.
