The Board of Directors delegates ongoing work and decisions to its Executive Council. The Board of Directors meets once per year to ratify the work of the Executive Council.

The changes clarified language regarding the President-Elects ability to appoint members to standing committees, a name change of a standing committee and the dissolution of a chapter organization for lack of membership.
		Form 990 Part VI Section B Line 11b The 990 is prepared by an external CPA and is reviewed by the Director of Finance and Administration. The Executive Vice President provides another review and signs the 990.
