Explanation:

I took over as treasurer in Aug 2012 and didn't realize this report needed to be filed until I was going through paperwork and saw that I had missed this tax filing. I did file the 2012 filing late as well due to the fact that I thought the date due was the end of March and not Feb 15 as I know now. This was a mistake on my part due to lack of knowledge of this type of filing. I now know the filing deadlines and will prevent this from happening again. Please do not charge late fees as this was clearly as mistake due to lack of knowledge and will not happen again.
