What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The purpose of this organization is to bring together culinarians to advance and better their careers through training and education. The members further the proession through the the creation of scholarships. THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS THE LOCAL FOOD BANK EFFORTS.
