Return Reference	Explanation
Part X, Line 2:	The International is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(5) of the Internal Revenue Code. The International's management reviews and evaluates its tax positions to determine whether or not there are uncertain tax positions that require financial statement recognition. Based on this review, no reserves for uncertain tax positions were required to have been recorded or disclosed for the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012. With few exceptions, the International is no longer subject to income tax examinations by tax authorities for fiscal years preceding December 31, 2009.
