What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Civic Arena Promotions, Inc. (CAP) was established to promote the common good and general welfare of the people within the City of Bismarck and its trade area by promoting events and activities of all kinds. In addition, CAP will acquire and hold title to property of all kinds to be used in the operation and maintenance of the Bismarck Civic Center.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
