    9 The Harrington Family Foundation organized and presented two charity golf tournaments in 2013. One in Bandon Dunes, Oregon (Battle at Bandon) and one in North Plains, Oregon (Fighting in the Fairways). These are both annual events.The Harrington Family Foundation also organized and operated a charity bicycle ride (Bridges to Breakers) in 2013. The purpose of the annual charity events is to increase awareness of the Foundation and it's activities in the state of Oregon and to further it's goal of raising and donating money to children's charities in order to provide quality education and proper health care opportunities. Total revenue and expenses from the Battle at Bandon event was $192,666 and $136,161, respectively. Total revenue and expenses from the Fighting in the Fairways event was $67,951 and $23,546, respectively.Total revenue and expenes from the Bridges to Breakers event was $10,170 and $17,546, respectively.
